well i won a 146 and they kept it
well i won a 146 euro on a small deposit went to KYC verify 2 days later they close my account. with no real reason. in the email from them they didnt addres my winnings just the fact that they terminated my account and wished my the best regards.. if you want a legit casino dont go here..i mean sure seems like an easy way to make money to just terminate accounts and say its final.plenty of options out there with teams that help you not ban you

Probably the worst experience overall... 10 years of online gambling never saw this before.Communication is 0Financial is 0 Dont be surprise if you can never withdrawal is normal they keep your money #iwildcasino ill probably go to the authorities if not solve this is fraud or a steal

Most shady place Ive played at in 5 years.
Im experienced with online casinos for about five years and never have I ever seen such a long stall and shady outfit how are they operating legally?You can only upload part of your kyc on the website then you must wait for an email that you will never receive about what else they need from you.Its not until you ask support and they will relay an email that was supposedly sent to your email with more lies about why they havent processed kyc (or my cash out). Support wont help with this process at all they say they cant contact financial department for the customers or influence anything happening. I emailed my documents to their kyc email address 6 times with zero response but they will try say in chat they have been emailing you. Also emailed their other 2 emails many times about my kyc and withdrawal and also zero response on the matter.Funny enough though guys! I was browsing website and clicked on Skrill deposit section and then changed my mind and went back to my profile page and guess what??I received an email from the casino! First email Ive seen in days from the casino after being told they have been responding but I havent been getting them etcBut it wasnt finally rallying to any of my emails about kyc or my withdrawal it was a swift response from financial department noticing the Skrill deosit didnt process and if I needed help with it or to try another method 😂😂😂😂 yeah right! They can email me in a minute flat when they want your money!Wheres my money! 💰💰💰Running out of patience for it though and will be going to authorites if not resolved soon.
