Takes money out of your balance
Takes money out of your balance. Wagered 10 euros but lost 20 euros for my account which I noticed immediately. I took screenshots of the hand history and balance which proves I lost 20 while wagering 10 euros. Made an inquiry at customer service which sent it to the technical team. Never got a response so I contact them 7 days later. No explanation for why I lost 20 euros while wagering 10 even though I had proof. Just says that everything is checked and no mistakes were found.I asked again for an explanation which they did not want to give. Don’t play on this site!! They even take a percentage fee for all transactions

This site is the worst of them all rude support that do everything to manipulate u I asked 1 week ago to take a brake from site and they just full ignored now that I gambled and tried to withdraw 1000 euro they banned me from site saying I wanted to do it.

Its paid from my bank.. but never arrived on my casino balancedeposited another €20 made €111 so cashed it out. then they support says i need to do kyc. But the only way to do kyc is to do another deposit!
