my bets were resettled

I have just had a positive exprience with this broker becaue soime of my bets placed last week were wrongly settled by one of the bookies listed on vipibc. and i thought they wouldnt resettled them but fact is that the suupport contacted the bookie andt hey solved it and yesterday my bets were resettled so i wanted to share this with the community. keep the good work

Worst service Ive seen

Worst service Ive seen deposit fees are a joke you have to wager I dont know how many times before withdrawing and if you withdraw they just cancel it and dont even notify you !Every bet made they take astronomous fees its unbelievable!!And best of all every Saturday at 15:00 the servers are down or its impossible to place a bet.....No bonus or free bets ever just a very greedy company.Plenty of others Asian bookies available compared to these amateurs.Chat personne are rude and unprofessional.

The worst broker ever

The worst broker ever : - Fees on deposit (5% for 100 euros and even more - 10 euros of fees for a 60 euros deposit)- when your balance is empty they send emails almost every day for you to deposit- huge fees on the exchange (Orbitx - bet won for 89 euros and only 79 euros credited)- 3 emails sent to request an account closure and my account is still opened. They totaly ignored my email contacting me on the next day to make a deposit.They don not respect the players nor the responsible gaming law. Avoid it !!!

Avoid these amateurs at all costs!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is an absolute joke and run by amateurs. They sneak in a 2% fee on your first deposit without even telling you and then have the audacity to offer a faster deposit for a 5% fee—what a scam!Their service is beyond amateurish. They offer lower odds than what you’d get directly from the original bookmaker which makes no sense. And if you decide you’ve had enough of their clown show and want to stop using their services you’re forced to wager three times and still pay another 2% commission.Avoid these amateurs at all costs!

This broker is a scam. They tell you that they accept arbitrage opportunities however they block you and do not give your money back if you win too much on an arbitrage opportunity. As well as this it is also important to note that if they make an error with the odds they provide for you you will not be compensated just banned.

I was looking for a trustable place…

I was looking for a trustable place where to open an account and I found BET-IBC at the right time during the pandemic. It used to have some more bookies available in the past but they still offer PS3838 which is the account I have. Transaction costs may be a little bit high but their support is available all the time which is pretty much appreciated with online agents.

I have been using their VIP platform…

I have been using their VIP platform for over a year now and never had a problem so far I like to do some arbitrage on the weekends to make some extra money and exercise the old math muscles on my brain so it is great to have all odds in one place. Overall it is a good service with acceptable fees and a support team that answers quickly when I need it. I have had little to complain about so far.Update: After 4 years of use the platform improved a lot now there are more sports and more bet types available so Im upgrading to 5 stars as I have no complaints left.

Huge fees for depositing and withdrawing

They pay if you dont win too much. But I give it only 2 stars below average because this broker will charge you plenty of hidden fees when you make deposits and withdrawals with Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency.It is really a shame in this business that a betting company will not credit your Bitcoin deposit more than 24 hours after it was made and ask you to pay a fee to accelerate the process. This is terrible behavior. I dont know any other broker doing that.Be very careful because the fees are very big. Plenty of other brokers are much better. It is unbelievable to me that Bet-IBC can have this policy towards loyal customers.

Terrible support and scammers.

It works I was able to withdraw however. Be very explicit with them that you do not want to use their express withdrawal. They make you withdraw using a online form and there was an express withdrawal checkbox. I de selected it and they still processed he 5%. Ended up paying €400 in withdrawals because the6 couldn’t be bothered to read their own form. Their customer support is basically a bunch of children with petty one line answer and no genuine support. A sham company really. Their mistake should mean I get my cash back but it’s not happening. Cowboys! Avoid!

They are very close to being scammers.Their website has a dropdown for a betfair account however they created a fair999 account and refuse to fix the issue. Also during our emails they never mentioned that they would take more than 10% of the deposit I made. Arrogants rudes scammers.

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!! Kept my funds after informing me that the bookie has kept the money. Took 4348 Euros of me with no explanation and now refuse to respond. 2000 Euro of that was a deposit that they wont give back and now ignore me. DO NOT USECan someome explain what a commission bet is???? And I have not acted fraudulently Ive just placed bets. The fact that they keep your deposits shows that you shouldnt use these people.

HelloI was a customer of IBC for years. So what happened to other users also happened to me. In my Orbitx account 2 bets worth €2400 were placed on cricket of course when I wasnt logged in and so my entire balance was deducted. The method and the answers are always the same - You accessed a phishing site/You passed on the password.And then claim its your own fault...unbelievablePLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL HERE! IBC WONT HELP YOUThe browser history clearly shows that I was not logged in. With the bull*** that BET-IBC is telling you they want to avoid responsibility. There are a number of cases known to brokers.
