They said the bonus feature on my account was switched off due to the system finding another account with the same IP address they then looked into this when I complained and said sorry and have switched the bonus feature back on... problem solves right? well no... then they said that however the welcome bonus was to be activated with your 1st deposit as per terms therefore this cannot be added now since the deposit was made- so I cannot have the bonus due to their system and they wont even give it as a gesture of good will... SCAMMERS
