Ok seems there was a misunderstanding with the way i played my games in a bonus hunt fashion not realising it was against the terms and conditions was disappointed that my winnings were confiscated and i was accused of cheating but a message or email would of been nice to remind me of what i was doing was against the rules cause i honestly had no idea!! It takes at least 24 hours for customer service to respond to an email and even then the response is clearly an automatic response and you may have to wait more than a day for a response to follow-up questions. The website advertises that it takes 24 hours to approve the confirmation but it took me several days. Live chat is useless you get an email address in response to where you can write. Withdrawals take at least 5 business days. Withdrawals are not possible in the evenings and on weekends.

The fact that 90% of the reviews are from accounts that only have 1-2 reviews goes to show; there’s a way around the malpractice of making sure people believe that a casino is amazing/legit. I was about to sign up but a 3.2-3.4/5 score definitely screams 1.6-1.8% of total players have had a bad time. Not to mention that the reviews are absolutely coming from fake profiles that have been created specifically to fool someone into signing up only to likely lose all their money.
