Fake perma bans

I had previously been permanently banned by my request I have screenshots of the support logs. However I recently went back to the site and deposited only to lose the money I then contacted support to ask why I had been allowed to deposit and play despite my permanent ban they did not respond and kicked me out of the site I can no longer log in but clearly something fishy is happening.
