No warning no explanation – nothing.If you have a lot of free time to register verify your account send documents and then get your account basically shut down straight away feel free to sign up. Otherwise don’t waste your time.They clearly don’t want customers who actually place bets. Its a legitimate site but my god the withdrawal times are absolutely ridiculous so I would personally not use again in the future. Its 2025 speed things up theres plenty of other options available.

I signed up to hop out and deposited £100 and won a significant amount of money the day after I received an email saying they wanted all sorts of verification so I sent over the verification and four days later they have approved me and I have received my funds. I was a little bit concerned with the reviews and they were response. Time was quite slowbut at the end of the day I won the money they gave me the money that’s exactly what’s supposed to happen so I would recommend this site.

What an absolute farce of a site don’t ever play here! Won a decent amount of money and then had to pass all verification checks which dragged on about a week completed all that then got an email saying they had confiscated £7850 not given me any reason or anything! Have contacted ibas and will let them get my winnings from these con merchants

Over the last 2 months Iv deposited over £1600 on here I only play 50p sins and stuff and my deposits are like £100 or £50 at a time and not one have I received a feature we’re it pays anything if you deposit £50 and spin on 40p it will wait until you have a couple of quid left and put you on but pay you like £6 and you don’t get back on. Joined ans didnt really understand the wager thing but then won 200 pounds then won 90 then won 50 then won 100 then won 50 uploaded my passport and all was paid out within minutes cant understand the bad reviews if you follow the terms and conditions even emailed for some support all this was done on a bank holiday great service

I didnt want to believe the other reviews but Im now extremely worried this is a scam website. A couple of big wins and now they seem to be putting obstacles in the way of my withdrawal. Id say keep away .

Very dodgy site. Played blackjack. Lost 35 hands in a row. Literally it’s millions to 1 for that to happen. Every hand they got was 19/20/21. Every hand I got was 14/15/16 so rigged. I deposited £1800 in just 2 days. I like starburst therefor I played it. Never once I got any bars or any 7s in a row at any point. I thought this was very strange as I was playing GalaSpins and virgin games and I had only deposited £100 and got returns and 3 in a row stars. Never once did this happen in this hopa site.
