Awful site. They promote a welcome offer however dont honour it! Tried customer service who were no help whatsoever and passively aggressive sarcastic. I wouldnt go anywhere near them or their sister company 247. Avoid.

Do not get ripped off by these cowboys

Stay away from this pitiful site they are a bunch of cowboys. It won’t be long till they are shut down.Please everyone do not sign up or give these any money. They ask for verification after verification after you win and suspend your account. They say they are following guidelines… trust me they are not. When you win they suspend your account they just do not want to pay out but will accept your deposit all day long. If you back losing bets they will not require any verification but just wait until you win.There are a lot of betting companies out there please go with the named ones or do your research on the reviews.

No promotion paid. Customer service is awful and condescending they do not want to help. The emails I received from Zayn need looking at by management. Despite referring to customer service and meeting bonus criteria its not paid.

Sigh! Yet another dodgy betting company joins the UK market. Highbet have some decent-looking offers to entice players in. Unfortunately these appear to be fake since punters are instantly banned from promotions after placing a bet. Other reviews here suggest this is a consistent strategy on the companys part. Ignore the reviews that sound suspiciously like the companys own marketing fluff!Signed up at 11am qualified for a sign up offer by 8pm received a message at 6am the next morning saying we would like to inform you that we can no longer offer you any of our promotions and offers. Needless to say Highbet did not honour the signup offer despite me qualifying before the ban message arrived.Their customer service will try to discredit this review as they have others by claiming terms and conditions were not met. I have looked closely at the T&Cs and I did not violate any of them.

I did everything required in the T&Cs and still have not received my £30 free bets bonus. I spoke to two different people on the live chat who said they’ll refer me to the ‘promotions’ team. I advised that after I deposited I read the reviews and it seems likely they scam everyone. Highbet dont honour their welcome offer. Limit winnings on acca free bets and generally act like a shady company and do not keep their word. There are many other bookies better than this bunch of crooks. Avoid

The site does seem a little bit glitchy…

The site does seem a little bit glitchy in places as I had some trouble getting my id docs uploaded. Once done though bonuses all received and payout was withing the hour. Just make sure you read the t&cs to avoid any issues.

Welcome Offer not given and doing nothing about it!

Ive only just joined this site yesterday and my first deposit and bet has lost and settled over 10 hrs ago. Ive been on chat 4 times today and they havent even responded via email over my Welcome Offer of bet 10 and get £30 (after I had opted in). They even have had the audacity to send me a 2nd deposit and get offer. Im going to IBAS tomorrow and will chase this up all the way. Ill also continue with v v poor reviews everywhere they are on the NET. I did finally get it in the end but missed a winner when trying to place a £10 bet on a 2-1 horse because it wouldnt let me add the £10 bet. I could only see a £1 bet. Typically I wasnt told and had to figure out by using the £1 first and then the £10 on the next race which lost :/

As per 99% of the other reviews on here (stupidly only read them after signing up) I too was also not granted the bonuses as advertised. They have a strict 7 days after signing up to deposit and meet the wager requirements which I didn’t realise until I asked why I hadn’t received them. Its not easy to upload documentation and then be verified so after the 1st unsuccessful attempt I left it for a while and then went through the process again with a different document. Theirs took over 24 hours to “verify” bybwhich time I was then advised (after asking) that I had missed the 7 days. I would not recommend signing up if you after a sign up bonus.
