Wish I had checked Trustpilot before joining. KEEP AWAY. There bonus are either non-existent or useless you have very very little chance of winning any cash bonus. I played one of my favourite game Thai Flower lost £180 (at 40p a spin) never got the feature. I have played this game hundreds of thousands time and this is not right...fixed. Will not answer my request to delete my account and details. Please DO NOT USE

Terrible- never deposit any money into this casino as you will never see it again. App doesn’t allow you to withdrawal your funds- asks you to contact customer support. Lost £30 from this. Stay well away

Awful experience. The withdrawal process was much more difficult than it should be. Very difficult to find customer services contact details. Personally I would avoid at all costs. Some may have positive experience not me. Sad times 😞

Had a very poor experience with this site. Crazy wagering requirements initially followed by a painful withdrawal process. Customer service is virtually nonexistent withdrawals should take “1-3 working days” but actually take well over a week (even after verification was completed).The website and app should be avoided completely

Impossible to get funds from and no customer service
Non existent customer service and withholding a large sum of money that is now affecting my family and I. Whilst on balance youre unlikely to win with them given the odds (despite the third party software actually being okay) if you should do you many not ever see your funds back in a timely manner. I highly advise customers to avoid them at all cost.

They permanently excluded my account and have withheld my winnings without giving me reason for this. I will be contacting the gambling commission regarding this please avoid all Jumpman Gaming sites they are fraudsters.

As with all Jumpman gaming sites there’s a massive risk if you play - will you get your winnings? With Great Britain Casino I actually did. A total of £500 withdrew and after a few rejections of documents they were finally approved quite swiftly and I received my money within 48 hours. I’m aware that this could be a one off however I can’t really fault the fact that they paid out.The customer service is non existent though and I did have to send a few emails to suggest to them that there was no reason for them ‘withholding’ my money. They didn’t reply at all.
