The worst online casino I’ve ever played at purely because of their withdrawal process. They clearly delay verifying your account and processing withdrawals in hopes you’ll get impatient and spend the winnings. It took 5+ days to verify my account because they kept asking for new documents or the same documents over and over and over. Now it’s been another 5 days since my account was verified and I submitted a withdrawal request and it’s still “processing”. Customer service are useless - just bots copying and pasting the same things. I deposited €191 and received a 125% bonus. I started playing with my cash balance never touched the bonus funds and won. They didnt honour my cash out request. They declined my withdrawal request with no accompanying explanation supporting why. So I (!!!) had to ask them. The reason I kid you not was because in the selfie photo I uploaded showing me holding my photo ID next to my face I DID NOT DISPLAY MY ENTIRE ARM THAT HELD THE PHOTO ID. THE PHOTO NEEDED TO CLEARLY SHOW MY ELBOW IN CASE I WAS USING SOMEONE ELSES ARM AND ELBOW TO COMMIT IDENTITY FRAUD. After attempting such a soul destroying selfie I gave up. For this selfie to meet approval I was told that the photo ID needs to be clear no shadows or poor lighting obstructing the ID or my face. To get my entire arm and elbow I need to be a considerable distance from the camera and from the distance I was from my phone the card would have been deemed to be unacceptable.Honestly I would have respected Goldspin more if the online chat person simply told me that I wouldnt be seeing my winnings.
