26th january won £220 not been paid out.Customer service used every delaying tactics they have.No response from support address.i think this is a SCAM!Should be taken down and not allowed operate.

I made the mistake of signing up to this casino after awhile I started realising I had a problem with gambling and requested a self exclusion - that was in December 2025 it is now 3 months later and I am still contacting them to complete my request. Denies withdrawals request constantly makes you wait 3 months for any sort of reply. Only thing they can say is sorry for the inconvenience please try again and we will see to it right away but they dont. They ignore and rip you off do NOT use this site. Made a withdrawal off 380 on 29th november 2024 and still waiting. I have closed my account but still believe they should still payout. Now I’ve won a good amount of money which is £2200 on the 5th December 2024 I still haven’t received my money. I’ve been told my agents to be patient which I have and waited.
