Howcome u only ask for more vulnerable info AFTER the client has deposited and won money ? So it isnt necesarry to deposit money there are no rules if its to your benefit. Doesnt sound too legal. U should ask for all documents BEFORE a client deposits that seems lawful. If u dont pay out money without certain documents u cant accept money without certain documents either. Its as simple as that.
