(I digress but another example)The Gambling Commission are in place to allow the multi-multi-billion pound privately owned gaming industry to fleece as much money as is physically possible from the British/UK Public it is also there to allow Europes and the Worlds dirty/illegal money to be washed through the UK generating billions and billions in taxes in to the treasury. The same as half the UKs high streets which would be boarded up if it was not for the hundreds of empty Barber Shops Vape Shops Phone Repair Chick/Kebab Coffee Bars and Basement Nightclubs with virtually no clientele despite its advertised events showing as sold out every week. So the Gambling Commission regulate the industry for money laundering this being the excuse that just about every online casino use to suddenly decide that they need ALL your personal and financial data as well as refuse it for the most ridiculous and irrelevant of reasons if and when you finally have a decent win which you try and withdraw. YOU CANT PAY CASH IN TO YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT - YOU CAN ONLY TRANSFER MONEY FROM YOUR OWN OFFICIAL AND GAMBLING COMMISSION APPROVED BANKING/FINANCIAL ACCOUNT. THIS ACCOUNT ALREADY SUBJECT TO THE WORLDS MOST STRICTEST OF ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING CHECKS - SO MONEY THAT IS IN THERE HAS ALREADY GONE FROM EVERY ANTI MONEY LAUDERING CHECK AND CONTROL THE UK HAS!The online user gamble account holder has transfer money from their bank account every penny of which has gone through the strictest of anti money laundering checks and the UK licensed online casino has happily accepted deposit after deposit after deposit for weeks months even years in most cases thousands and tens of thousands of pounds without any issue and why should there be it is from a UK bank it has already gone through all the checks. Absolute joke this gaming commission. gambling can do what they there no regulation even tho they there but to many dodging thing go on and when complain its your a bad loser which absolute rubbish people when they feel that have been played as case when contacted Lottoland and complained about game wacky panda not paying out I was that makers art the pay outs why I find hard to believe if it’s true shows no regulation at. Theyll make you wait weeks for a reply and then waffle on about not being able to help.I told them about bookmakers lying about why they were closing my accounts and they simply werent interested. You dont have a right to bet they told me. They give licenses to some really shady companies and when it inevitably goes wrong they simply dont care. Any organisation that doesnt allow replies on social media is just weak.

I am posting this as a warning to everyone: the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) is failing at its most basic duty. Consumers are scammed daily and authorities do nothing meaningful. My experience is just one example:Leicester City FC promoted BC.Game an unlicensed UK crypto casino linking directly from their official site. I was scammed through my account with four massive Dogecoin bets totaling billions in value — over £100 million. One bet was a win but recorded as a loss proving BC.Game’s games are not provably fair. Only my Dogecoin transactions were deleted. When I questioned this my account was blocked leaving me with over £10000 in crypto and $6000 in BCD lost. All of this is documented with screenshots transcripts and emails.I emailed every publicly listed contact at LCFC — no reply. This is standard. Consumers are ignored while scammers profit yet the club still promotes them.Trustpilot also failed me: inflated 5-star ratings at the time and automated generic responses gave scammers credibility and helped them appear legitimate.UKGC itself is a disgrace: • Only 1-star on Trustpilot with reviews describing ignored complaints backhanders corruption and systemic incompetence. • Regulators fail to monitor live games where magnet roulette balls and dealer manipulations defy physics. I can only speak on my own personal experience.I was allowed access to a UK based casino site while signed up with Gamstop.I called the commission for advice.I spoke with Jack and Leigh over a month or so.I explained my situation.I was guided and supported through the process - as much as they could.I was successful in my refund and was given reassurance my account was now blocked.I wouldnt of complained if I hadnt had Jack/Leigh at the Gambling commissions support.Thanks 👍
