I joined the Fresh Bet Casino recently .I deposited £10 and turned it into £20. In the meantime I uploaded I.D. documents and proof of address documents. These were accepted by them and my account was verified. However when I attempted to withdraw the £20 today a notification appeared to say my account has not been verified. So I messaged customer services about the declined withdrawal and the message about me not being verified when I was told I had been. The agent said I needed to send a bank statement or a utility bill showing my name and address .Given that I had already sent a bank statement which was accepted previously I sent a PDF of another official document . This was declined. Needless to say this site is operated by scammers. I would advise anyone thinking of joining to stay well clear.

Terrible. Their offline games such as blackjack is purely rigged. Their support is usually mega useless. They Arent reading what you are typing. I once made 7 bets on a football match for about 500USD all bets won but was suddently voided after the win because they offeret enhanced odds in that moment and it was a mistake. IF THE SITE MAKES A MISTAKE IT SHOULDNT EFFECT THE ONE BETTING ON THE GAME. You make a mistake you take responsibility i lost about 400 usd on a winning match. And then they gave me 50usd to compensate? Are you freaking kidding me. Mistake after mistake on this site its been horrible and service are even worse. Dont recommend this.

FreshBet Casino has repeatedly and deliberately overcharged me on deposits for over 6 months. I authorized specific GBP amounts (e.g. £500 £1000) but was consistently charged £40–£90 extra sometimes more through shady third-party processors like Destream Pix Goldveils Fint and Lyv.At no point during the deposit process was I warned about fees foreign currency charges or extra costs — and there is nothing in their terms disclosing this. I agreed to pay specific amounts via my bank and they charged me far more. That’s not just bad service — that’s unauthorized financial activity.I contacted support with screenshots merchant names and proof. They ignored it. Then they stalled. Then they had the audacity to demand 6 months of personal bank statements — even though they can see all my deposit activity on their side. They’ve since gone totally silent.I’ve filed a formal complaint with their regulator (Antillephone license 8048/JAZ) and initiated chargebacks through my bank for all overcharges (currently over £2000). I’ll also be reporting this to Action Fraud UK.If you’re reading this and considering joining FreshBet — don’t. This isn’t just poor support. This is a rigged abusive platform that takes more money than you authorize and hides behind vague excuses. Avoid at all costs.
