I requested a withdrawal from Frank Casino on June 5th 2025. The withdrawal was marked as approved the same day. However as of today — more than 6 days later — I have not received the funds.I have contacted their support multiple times via email Messenger and Telegram — but they have completely ignored all my messages.This is not the first time I play at online casinos and I know that other casinos process similar withdrawals in a matter of hours or a day at most.Frank Casino’s behaviour is unacceptable — approving a withdrawal and then not paying it out is misleading and damaging to players. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating.I will escalate this case to Curaçao eGaming Licensing Authority AskGamblers Complaint Service and will seek full compensation for the delay and wasted time.Until they resolve this issue and pay out the funds I strongly recommend that players avoid Frank Casino.

I had a self exclusion ban on this company in Romania and i tell them not to reopen never ever my account for gambling addiction. In 30 october they reopen my account with no consideration for my addiction and i lost 105 eur. on 2 nevember. They have no respect for the players and for the laws and for the suffering of families.

I bet at live on volleyball and after finished they void all bets because said i know results before .. they made same to a friend for prematch .. stay away frm this bookie doesnt pay profit just refund when is something “fishy” or think.UPDATE : so after i talked with them on email they told me without any proof just that what they wants to do or think that match is suspicious and is void really this life of betting we must live? really shame frank… no serious guys if you bet some suspicious matches which see on internet and won be sure 100% void bets :)))..I asked them give me reall proof papers or something because i knew they cannot and doesnt have cuz they said suspicious match after second set on volleyball finish neither wait to finish game and wait 1-2 days to make analises or to check more this smell of scammers and low bookieSTAY AWAY !!!! thanks

I would like to leave my review about Frankcasino and my wonderful experience. Basically I always choose Casinos where it is easy to get money out so when I use Frank casino I usually Skril or Visa for withdrawal. As stated they say 24 hours is the maximum time of waiting however all my withdrawals have came pretty quickly and I never waited the whole 24 hours which is a good time frame anyway!

Made a 100$ dep got a bonusm opened spme bonuses. The winings were not credited to the account and when talked with support they said the winings will not get credited as it was considered a bonus huny....just let this sink in a casino that does not pay bonuses on slots is mind blowing.
