AVOID!!!!
FINALCOUNTDOWN have Breached the Gambling Rules by failing to close my account when requested..This was due to gambling addiction which I told them about..When I informed FINALCOUNTDOWN that my account was be closed and any further deposits attempted were to be blocked and if accepted then they would need to be refunded..This was ignored but eventually 1 deposit was returned but several are still outstanding.. Numerous emails have been sent to Finalcountdown but are not responded to..Ive taken advice from Gambling Authorities and an investigation is now in process..These Casinos need to stop thinking that no action can be taken against them but unfortunately for them thats incorrect..FINALCOUNTDOWN will have to face the consequences of their actions!!..

Absolutely disgusting this company has taken over £13000 off me even tho I had won this money fair and square I have now applied to the courts to claim all this money back I have evidence of everything I need to prove I won all the money fairly and now they have closed my account down please people do not play on this website I will get my money back via courts and more money in compensation

Atrocious customer service
Their sports betting has actually got a decent selection but you cannot trust them to settle bets correctly. Multiple times Ive had winning bets that end up being settled as losers. When you contact them (which btw is absolutely ridiculous theres no live support chat anymore its all email and theyve as of typing left me over 72hrs without a reply and the minimum it takes is 24hrs). They then say that their trading team has made a decision and they cant change it even if you can provide clear evidence theyve settled it incorrectly.Payouts take basically exactly 7 days from the time withdrawing before you see anything too.Main issues are a lack of literally any live support no trust that they will reply to you when you have an issue awful turnaround times for withdrawals and cant trust them to settle bets even correctly. Ive had one recently where they agreed to give me 2 free bets because their trading team wont resettle a bet as a winner when it had won and theyve not replied to me in nearly 4 days to get the free bets added. Wont be putting another penny in to these scam artists until I get something sorted and an apology

Absolute rip off and customer service are extremely RUDE! Avoid at all costs... games are clearly fixed so you never win and 99% of the games never load. Wish you could out 0 stars

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.They “adjusted” my balance by taking £3001.50 not giving a reason why. When I emailed them to find out what was going on I was told “THIS DECISION WAS MADE BY OUR RELEVANT DEPARTMENT”.And they have never replied since they closed my account with the rest of my money also being taken.

This site is rigged I have played for 5 days on different on the site it’s gives you small wins every now and then but nothing over what you betting. It will allow you to deposit but never gives anything back and if you count the spins it pays on exactly the same number of spins each time. ITS RIGGED TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AVOID

Avoid this site at all costs! Can deposit on card but only withdrawal back to bank and has to be over £100 or more. First withdrawal took six days and still awaiting second withdrawal and its the sixth day but they are stalling and saying the payments team are so busy they have issues - unlikely I will receive any monies
