Stay away from from this casino. I have won a fair amount of €3.000 but it is taking ages to actually be able to withdraw your money. They will do anything in their power to make you play again and lose it all. This casino contradicts their own stated rules. For example: The casino states that they will process withdrawals with a maximum of 48 hours. This is not true. I have made two withdrawals so far and both have been over 72 hours. Also they make unannounced reductions of withdrawal limits. Website states a withdrawal limit of €2.500 per 24 hours yet I am only being allowed €500 per 24 hours. While their terms vaguely state that withdrawal limits “may increase or decrease” I was never informed why my limit was reduced/based on what criteria. Also this specific €500 limit is not defined in their terms. This casino will like another person said too make you believe that they are not the problem. But they are. Their own rules are not being followed. I have won an amount of €3.000 on december 28th. I am only allowed to withdrawal €500 per day. If my withdrawal finally is accepted after more than 72 hours I need to wait again for 24 hours before I can make any withdrawal again. Let’s see how long it takes in total.Do NOT play at this casino. Once you want to make your first withdrawal they will also say that you can’t because they are waiting on your deposit saying it’s still being processed. This is nonsense because you get notification from the third party app that the payment has been completed and even on the casino you’ll get an notification that the payment is completed. No casino will let you play with money that they have not even received yet. This is again just a dirty way of delaying your withdrawal. Also they are not licensed by any recognized gambling authority. Withdrawal rejected over 10 times with different reasons

Wanted to withdraw since 4 days ago I did verify successfully said their website but withdrawals only have been rejected. Reasons: -Deposits didnt process yet (took them over 3 days).-My account wasnt verified says VIP help (although I did verify on their website with correct information on several days and it said it was successful for probably over 5 times).-IBAN wasnt entered correctly (I always check several times before I enter my IBAN).Then they said my deposit didnt process in the system (although they let me bet with it). 2 Christmas days and weekend happened and my deposit was only processed 4 days after on Monday.On monday (4 days after) suddenly I was able to withdraw since my deposit was processed but with a 500 euro day limit. Also they wanted me to do KYC again the website said I did it correctly. I was able to put in my bank details. I clicked on withdraw and it was rejected again. I did send plenty mails in the 4 days but never was my withdrawal even processed. The last reason of rejected withdrawal was: KYC was not done and IBAN number was wrong. Which is a lie since I always check my IBAN and I did KYC were it said it was succesful.After withdrawals being rejected for over 10 times 4 days after I felt tempted to play during the times and chased losses and lost the full amount I had on my account which isnt that unusual and the casino knows this.I have played on plenty of casinos but this one really feels criminal and they gaslight you to think you are the mistake not them. I would be very very wary with depositing any money here. Definitely feels like I got robbed.
