The marketing promises one thing but…
The marketing promises one thing but the reality is completely different. The responsible gambling tools are performative. Setting a deposit limit takes effect immediately but removing it requires a 25-day wait. The withdrawal process is deliberately designed to be as painful as possible. First you wait 10 days for review then they ask for additional documents then another review period. There are so many better options out there. Do not waste your time here.

Do yourself a favour and read the fine print before you deposit anything here. The terms of service give them unlimited power and the player zero protection. They can close your account or void winnings for any reason. Be very careful with their auto-opt-in bonuses. Twice now a bonus has been applied without me requesting it locking my funds behind wagering requirements. Stay far away unless you enjoy frustration and empty promises.
