Stay away! Scam!After trying to withraw my winnings I was asked to verify ( again) my account.I done that but now no response for weeks and my winnings are nowhere to be seen.not even.pending.Its imposible to get a hold of live person in customer service.

im a old player of Euro palace i havent experience withdrawing money even i win for sometimes. i must say i lost more than 20k since i played. i forgot my old account and try to create new one. as i cannot create new account if you have existing account i requested costumer service to terminate the old ones and help me create a new account. yesterday Feb. 1 i lost 1k and yesterday i won 1k. then suddenly my account has been deactivated. what will happen to my funds? i called costumer service and ask advised. she told me to use my old account. they should at least return my funds first before deactivating the new account. :( please help :(i have a video of my last game posted in my page .
