I am filing a complaint regarding my withdrawal at Epicbet.On 21 February I requested a withdrawal of approximately 3558 USDT. My account is fully verified (KYC completed) and I have not violated any terms.After waiting for a long period with no payout on 09 March 2026 the casino cancelled my withdrawal and returned the funds to my balance.Immediately after this a new withdrawal of 3500 USDT was created and sent from my account without my authorization. I did not request this withdrawal and I do not recognize the destination wallet.Since then support has been repeatedly telling me that they will send an email or explanation but no explanation has been provided and my funds have not been paid to me.This situation raises serious concerns because: • My withdrawal has been delayed far beyond the stated processing time. • A withdrawal was created from my account without my request. • The casino has not provided any clear explanation.I am simply requesting the payment of my legitimate balance of 3558 USDT or a full explanation of where my funds were sent.

Epicbet is truly the best site i have used for online gambling. Everything is fast smooth and withdrawls/deposits come instantly. Never experienced anything dodgy with them holding back any withdrawls or not paying me my money. It comes in 3 seconds to my account. I had an issue once with a deposit getting held back contacted support and they sorted it out for me. I win sometimes and lose but it still feels playable. 5/5 stars

I wrote a review here two days ago and I got a mail that said you asked for more details which I promptly provided. I haven’t gotten a response up until this moment. My account was closed for no justifiable reason; you closed it on the premise of having multiple accounts or something about an IP address. These claims are grossly preposterous weak and nothing short of a means to rid people of their hard earned money. Unless this issue is resolved I won’t relent in letting people know of this scam scheme you got going. When support was contacted they kept saying they couldn’t help. What is the use of a support that doesn’t offer any support? Isn’t that some play on word?!
