Paying customer of Goodgame Empire.After unresolved in-game issues my account was temporarily suspended following payment disputes. During the suspension paid digital content was lost even though it was purchased with real money and I had no access to prevent the loss.Support refused to restore the items closed tickets without proper explanation and redirected me between departments.A GDPR request to the parent company (Stillfront Group) received only an automated reply and no follow-up.This business model exposes players to financial loss with no effective remedy.Proceed with caution.

Stillfront/GGEmpire Hacking players accounts

Stillfront/GGEmpire has taken this game into the depths of despair. It is German and seems to have no internet controls over how it is run or the bad things it is doing to players. Accounts have been hacked by officials and millions of game items have been removed from players inventories. This was on the pretext of the game having a bug in it that all their staff missed. They say it created a player exploit and they were taking everything back that players may or may not have gained. Their CM said that there would be no discussions no arguments and it was final. They then did it BUT not for everyone it seems that many influential players were overlooked and nothing was removed. There has always been ingame knowledge that Officials could access accounts and remove items and on 1 night 80000 troops vanished from my account despite having no food issues. Others have also reported problems within the game

No use reporting breaking of rules

Have been playing this game for over 10 years on nordic server its going Down and fast....One ally have a HUGE ammount of multi accounts and they buy up more accounts openly use foul demeaning language wit sexist remarks....all this in breach of gg rules. When i and others report this to gg With screenshots...nothing happens.....We players pays their salaries but we are not given service or value for our money

They just want your money and since min 1 ask for credit card info for ‘promotional packs’
