The company can improve by shutting down withdrew a small amount after depositing £20 the pending withdrawal i accidentally cancelled £90 which shouldnt be allowed anyway was instantly added to a bonus i didnt opt in for. This stopped me from withdrawing saying i need to meet wagering requirements. After meeting the requirements and attempting to withdraw they closed my account that had already been verified.

I have requested a withdrawals but a month now nothing . I chatted with and emailed them it said will take 7 to 21 days to be cleared but Im still waiting. Theyre too quick to get your deposits but to cash out is hopeless. They need to get shut down. I will have to report them to the Financial Ombudsman. Theyre scammers.

Successful withdrawal

Had a pending withdrawal for a month. Cancelled it after reading the reviews on here. Then initiated another withdrawal using bank transfer instead of SEPAheld zero hope of getting it and now 3weeks later it has appeared in my bank. I had several successful withdrawals around a year ago and they all took between 2-10days so after reading reviews here and waiting for a month with my last attempt I didn’t expect for one minute it would be successful. Anyway I suggest anyone with a pending withdrawal to resubmit itperhaps using bank transfer and cross ur fingers. Perhaps they’ve been spoken to I don’t know but it’s worth a try. Also my winnings were from a bonus so even more surprised that they didn’t try to prevent it
