I opened account on this page and after one bet on site and KYC process get e-mail: your account is Failed KYC/AML check we cannot allow you to continue playing. althougt I sent documents.If stg is wrong you should ask me another document but they closed my acount without any specific explanation.

Very dodgy platform

I have withdrawn funds from this site but it has been very stressful.I did continue to use them but having poblems again.I made a deposit and I made sure I unticked bonus box because their bonus policy is ridiculous.I made profit and when I tried to withdraw it it conveniently told me that I had a 1400 rollover to meet before I could withdraw the funds.Its an absolute joke this page tired of this now.I found another site that is a lot easier and reliae so Im gonna leave this one alone now.

Stay away from this site! It’s 100% a scam!I deposited around $500 into Cryptobet.com and turned this into about $2000. I had a pending withdrawal of $850.I go to log in and I cant access my account… I know my login details and I knew straight away they closed the account - I had an email saying I breached some terms or whatever (see previous reviews who received the same email) which is just a load of rubbish.. basically you’ve profit from them and they don’t like that so they’ll close your account and stop you accessing your money/approving the withdrawal.The email I received stated to reply with a payment method / details and they will refund the last deposit… why not all deposits?! Still profiting even though they are trying to look like the ‘good guys’ by giving back your last deposit… IF you’ll even get that back.I replied and shock horror the email I sent was rejected. I sent emails referenced in their ‘response’ - useless you can’t even contact / reply to them.I found someone on the live chat that is absolutely useless called Jari… basically says the ‘internal department’ are dealing with it and have emailed you.As soon as I challenge ‘Jari’ instantly ignores you.Basically this site is a scam. Believe the negative reviews and don’t believe anything ‘positive’ these are FAKE reviews.Cryptobet.com take your money for as long as you use the site as soon as you hit a profit or request a withdrawal amount in your favour they will instantly lock you out and say you’ve done something horrifically wrong and close your account…Stay clear of cryptobet.com. Not trusted at all…I will revoke my review if I get ALL of my funds back.Customer service is non existent and ignoring you is their way of hoping you just give up.Horrible cancerous site.

I made my deposit and i played several bets. After 15 days i saw that missed 100$ from my account. I asked them what is going on and why 100$ missing from my account and after 2 days i received an answer that my account flagget as high risk.... And they will return my last deposit.... I signed up to CryptoBet and deposited $100 dollars.I placed a $100 sports bet Crystal Palace beating Brighton at a 5.4 odds. I won the bet and $540 dollars was credited to my account. I put in a withdrawal request for $500 dollars and waited for it to be processed. The next day I received an email from the website saying that the following:Your account has been flagged by the Risk Management Department of our sports betting provider as a High Risk in violation of our Terms of Service.Please provide payment details for the return of your deposit. Your account will be permanently suspended.There is no appeal process and this decision is final.So basically the website was claiming that I had broken their T&Cs and were not going to pay me my winnings. They provided no reasoning for why I had been banned and what T&C I had violated.I was in shock and completely disappointed. I was worried that I wouldnt receive my deposit back so I replied to their email without challenging them and just asked for my deposit back:A few hours later they returned my deposit ($3 dollars short of what I had originally deposited). I replied back to them and asked why the decision had been made to ban my account. I raised how it was very suspicious that after my $500 win that they decided to ban my account and not pay me my winnings. No doubt if I had lost the bet they would have kept my $100.
