I have had several large withdrawals this year and the customer service was great they provided me receipts for all transactions and although it took a little time to settle the withdrawal they made it able to redeposit a portion of my winnings and secure the rest with an up to date balance there was not one error or one moment that I did not lose trust that I was going to be paid in full..
