yes I’ve been having issues with my cash out as well. I have purchased a new phone and didn’t realize that this app was already downloaded on my old phone and when I downloaded on my new phone and I would do the whole procedure of identify myself and all that and it accepted it but when I realized that I had the other app on my other phone I would’ve had deleted that account right away and when they got time to redeem money at my other account the one is up and running now they said I’m sorry we will just transfer your money over to your account. You just deleted basically they didn’t know I deleted it. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a good about a month now the app itself and I reached somebody but they’re not reaching back and I’m straight. I mean I need this money.

I’m really disappointed

I’m really disappointed. I have deposited and played on the app for a month or so. I was able to redeem my winnings once. I tried today to redeem and it won’t let me. I message in app support and I get no response. I’m really not happy. Also beware that the same people also run the other slot apps as well. They are ripping people off.

This site sucks!! I was able to redeem twice then I won a big amount and all of the sudden I had to reverify my account… well needless to say it wasn’t working and I tried multiple times then it locked the redemption option due to me uploading too many documents of proof of self and address and now no one I mean absolutely no one will respond to me in the app or via email!!!

Updated 12/1They’ve adjusted my account and I’m back to my original status. They also cleared up the issue I had with missing SC. I’ve had decent luck on here. But they just did a major update and I went from fighter status to rookie. Also made a deposit via PayPal and my remaining sc was wiped out! They do have a lot of good games and INSTANT redemptions.

I redeemed twice no problem. I’ve spent hundreds!! I lost over two hundred today but managed to win some back. I went to redeem and now it’s saying my email isn’t bound and it has some wierd page coming up and I can’t get ANY response from customer service!! Nothing!! Crickets! I will NOT be putting anymore money on this game! I THOUGHT it was legit I really did! I’m in tears cuz I never would have gambled the money if I knew I couldn’t get any winnings!!

I’ve been playing this game for about four months to be honest. I spent more money than I should’ve with this app and it was going good. I’d win and I lose but one day I seen the charge where they had inadvertently charged me three times but I didn’t receive the coins so I tried contacting their customer service but they took days to respond so then they froze my account because I had won $200 and now I can’t take it out so I’m going back-and-forth with them right now but I’ve got all screenshots of everything and I’m gonna be posting on here very soon. I would stay away from this app more information to follow on Monday.

It’s totally legit pays winnings literally in less than 24hrs I just redeemed a few days ago for $700+ and it hit my PayPal within 18 hrs just made my second redemption for $200… the game selection is GREAT!!
