Its been 2 weeks and still no updates…
Its been 2 weeks and still no updates as to when the withdrawal will be approved. They requested and have been provided with the same documents multiple times including those of family members. I fear this is a scam as they now say theyre going out of business. At this point they have over S40000 in my account. What is the point of iGaming Ontario if they let these fraudsters use their brand?

have been a player with conquesator casino for many many years and I had a wonderful most greatest time for many years most recently I feel that they have been slowly losing my face by taking away all bonuses and most recently sending me misleading bonus options that are not correct that are not true. That are just to get you to spend moneywhen they come up as no deposit but then tell me I have to deposit $170 and say Oopsie sorry they will not close my account upon request as I will no longer be treated so poorly. and I do have pictures of the option for the bonus and it’s saying all of the germs and conditions for it and I have the email where they’re telling me. It was a typo.And now I’m being completely ignored because of there mistakes and misrepresentation

Terrible site there is no way I didnt hit my wagering bonus. Very secretive about progress. Asked customer support and the just directed me to the same page I was looking at. Sent them photos asking to explain where it shows my progress and how im supposed to know? They couldnt answer me. Seemed very sleazy in my opinion.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

24 hours minimum wait time for a reply from customer service but they reply to negative reviews within minutes. Shows their priorities. Do not use this casino their staff are disgusting disgraceful excuses for customer service. Arrogant condescending and incompetent people spitefully treating their customers poorly

17/01/2026 — Made 2 withdrawals 4 hours apart on 08/01/2026 they sent me an email over 16 hours ago claiming the 1st withdrawal has been approved and I should expect to see the funds in my account SHORTLY however this is not the case and I’m still waiting to receive the money. I’ll update this daily.19/01/2026 — Still no money received.

I had a slight issue when with withdrawing due to holiday backlog etc I was adamant it wasn’t coming and have now been proven wrong and they were truthful as the withdrawal is now successful. It is now 18 I haven’t received but finally have the withdrawal confirmation email as usual

Please check my review from 3 days ago. Its been more or less two weeks since my withdrawal requests and up to this time I am waiting for my money. They are not paying back the withdrawals. EDIT 12/01/2026: Still no money being paid out. They still are not taking any responsibility I have not been given any specific information about the payment time. They still to this day are talking about a backlog due to the holiday time. Only a slight increase of the withdrawal waiting time was caused and it would take only a few business days in general for a payout. I have lost every trust to this site. A betting site that does not pay out winnings is a bettors worst nightmare. I can not recommend anyone to join here and deposit money in good faith.EDIT: 13/01/2026. It has been 15 days now half a month. Still no furhter information no payouts.EDIT 2 13/01/2026: What a ridicilous response from them: I have been contacting them on this issue for about 10 days now daily. I have been in contact with multiple live agents even with the head of their Player Experience Team. Not a single person has suggested to me that I should try out a different withdrawal method. I was always told that they had paid out the money on the same day as my request and that the money is with the payment provider where the issues lay. And now they are suggesting that I should change the withdrawal method when the money is not with them anymore as if that was technically possible? I hope everyone can now see what kind of amateurs one deals with here. They are trying to protect their image with this answer not a single one of the dozens of E-Mails I have recieved on this matter from them tells me ANYTHING about the possibility to change the withdrawal method afterwards. Well its very much changed its not what like it used to be . I think the more you play and deposit the less free bonuses you get now . One min you dont get anything if your not active enough next mins you dont get anything if your to active and Ive been with this casino for some years now . I think my time here is coming to a end

Absolute SCAM! Deposited $300. Tried to play live blackjack. Kept rejecting my bets. Couldnt play most tables. Talked to support and they said try playing other games. So I tried withdrawing my money. They said I cant make a withdrawal because I havent bet the equivalent to my deposit..I was able to play free bet blackjack. Only game it would let me play which was shady. Of course...typical dealer always getting 20 or 21. Its so rigged. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE. SCAM!

Extremely delayed responses operator declining bets for 14 hours straight
2 days ago it was not possible to set any bets on this site for 14 hours straight I recieved the error message ‚the operator has declined your bets‘. It was not possible to set a single bet. Hours later I was informed that there would be a problem from the sports provider and that they would be working on it. After 14 hours the problem was resolved however there were no apologies from conquestador questions about a compensation were declined immediately. On other sites I experienced good gesture bonuses or freebets in case of technical issues like this one. Since one or two weeks the response time for requests have reached an absurd point. A request today for example was answered approximately 11 hours after the request. My last Email prior to that over a day ago was not answered in the meanwhile either. The other day I waited approximately 24 hours for a response. This is an extreme downgrade to their usual response time which was tops 1-2 hours before. I also want to note that the cashout option on conquestador does not work AT ALL for any sport bets. Although stating this problem dozens of times they refuse to accept that fact trying to tell me everything seems fine from their side and no issue was existent. I would be very curious if someone who is reading this might contact me about whether they have cashout options available generally or if that is solely an issue that affects me.

Account closed after years of play — real-money balance confiscated
I have been registered at Conquestador since 2021 and played here many times without any issues.Recently after depositing and having $40 of real money on my balance the casino suddenly closed my account and confiscated the entire amount.No bonuses were active.No fraud was committed.I simply tried to make a withdrawal.The most shocking part:when I registered years ago Ukraine was not a restricted country and I played normally.Only recently they added Ukraine to the restricted list — and instead of allowing me to withdraw my own money they blocked my account and kept the balance.This is unacceptable behavior for a casino that claims to operate under an MGA license.I have already submitted official complaints to MADRE and the Malta Gaming Authority.Players should be aware that this casino can close your account and take your real-money balance without a valid reason.Update after company’s response:Your own reply confirms the problem.I have been registered since 2021 when Ukraine was not listed as a restricted country. For years my account was fully legal verified and without any issues.Now you admit that the rules “changed over time” and instead of allowing existing customers to withdraw you simply confiscated the entire real-money balance even though the funds were deposited and played long before Ukraine appeared on your restricted list.You also requested proof of address after blocking the account and after seizing the balance meaning I had no possibility to withdraw before the new rules.According to MGA standards casinos may close accounts from restricted jurisdictions but confiscating deposited real money is NOT allowed — only bonus funds can be voided.Yet you openly admit that you “void remaining balances”.This confirms exactly why I escalated the case to the MGA.I will keep updating this review until the issue is resolve
