Im here again to write a honest review so may be some one will get benefit out of it. I deposited around 300Euros and won then I took out my winnings with no problem not knowing I’m already in their black list then the next day I lost all plus 2000 Euros more . Location services and support are crap

I had never heard of this casino but saw it when I was searching for online casinos regulated Ontario that have a specific game that I enjoy that its hard to find. I was able to deposit and I played for about an hour with no problem. Then suddenly the location services stopped working and it would just constantly freeze on the screen saying it was validating my location. I waited for over 10 minutes. I tried restarting my phone. I tried logging out and logging back in. I tried switching between data and Wi-Fi. I tried accessing multiple other games in case it was just an issue with that one. I tried a different browser. I tried turning my location services on and off. Nothing will get rid of the pop-up screen saying they are trying to validate my location despite it working perfectly 20 minutes ago.So I go through every single menu setting looking for where is the support or help function and it is nowhere to be found I cannot find it.I am just going to withdraw all the money I have left in my balance and never play with these clowns again. If such a basic functionality as location services and support are so shoddy I definitely dont want to trust them with my money and gambling budget.

Would give less than zero stars. Signed up after confirming via chat that the bonus was was 6x my deposit. After reaching the required bonus contacted chat as it wasnt showing. Was informed that my 6x requirement was actually 12x. They refused to fix this. Sites like this should not be allowed in Ontario. Do not use. They dont have good betting options (SGP very limited) and this is the worst Ive seen since Ontario allowed this kind of thing. I hope they get banned from this province. Be careful using your credit card to deposit money. I deposited 4 x 100 kr yesterday and today was charged again 100 kr out of nowhere. I didnt log in at all to the casino today and they decided to charge me some cash as the delay payment. I reached to the Customer Service but the chat is a joke I am always 1st in the queue but no one replies.. I have to wait 7-10 days maybe it will be returned. Bulls&&t be careful they can easily charge your account whatever charge they want.

Impossible to reach + withdrawal not moving

They are impossible to reach. Ive now tried for 3 days to withdraw my winnings even got my documents approved + one of my smaller withdraws went through - However the bigger withdrawal is still not moving at all. Ive been patient but their live support is non-existent. I get forwarded as number one in the queue but this queue is hours long and is an endless loop of nothing. Absolutely horrible the had a promo deposit 25 get 100 spins no wagering requirement. I deposit it dont get the spins get an email to send in the next welcome bonus deposit. I contact customer support and they barely understand what im asking. Send the problem somewhere else and say they will get back to me. 24 hours later i contact them to tell them i want to withdraw my deposit and they say i can.
