I have stated clearly to their support that I am 100% willing to provide full KYC documents and all cryptocurrency transaction hashes from my wallets to prove my deposits are clean. Still they just reply with automated copy-paste emails.I have already filed a formal complaint on AskGamblers. If you are considering depositing your crypto here think twice. The issue was that even though my 2nd bet for the same game was accepted their odd got glitched at 1.5 for this game and I placed a 2nd bet for the game and then the odd was much higher .Cloudbet did pay out pretty fast every one of my bets but this time they stole from my winnings.Now they are asking me for a screenshot after the game had ended and after the game has ended they remove one of my two bets for the game and my winnings became 115$s instead of 233$s.It is not my fault their screen glitched and odds got stuck but my funds were definetly deducted and 2nd bet for the game was approved.Had a solid experience so far with cloudbet but this time and another time when they deducted funds from my wallet but did not confirm bet was accepted and said they could only confirm so after the game.I would had not complained about this issue like I havent complained 1st time when they deducted funds from my balance but did not confirm if the bet was accepted till after the game because then my bet lost but this time I won and I was not given the full amount.Cloudbet please make it right.

Cloudbet blocked my account with 550k $

The entire betting session lasted 2 or 3 days. I started by depositing amounts like $20k $30k $50k. I ended up losing approximately $200000 in 1–2 days. After that I managed to recover and eventually reached $550000 in my account balance.After the first $200000 withdrawal remained pending for almost 20 hours without being approved and after I withdrew another $100000 (bringing the total pending withdrawals to $300000) Cloudbet initially rejected the withdrawals and a few dozen minutes later they blocked my account.These people simply did not want to pay me. First they blocked the account and only afterward did they start looking for a reason to justify it. Almost three weeks have passed and they still have not given me any concrete answer only that the investigation may take up to six months.Some people on chat tell me it will take exactly six months others say up to six months — there is a complete lack of transparency and coordination within their team. Nothing is clear because so far the case is simply pending and they do not care.Regarding the bets: 99% of my bets were on tennis mostly on Davis Cup and Tier 1 tournaments — ATP and WTA — plus a few Challenger events.A batch of 20–30 total bets placed over 2–3 days could not possibly require more than 1–2 days of investigation from the moment the review started. It is practically impossible to justify a timeframe of up to six months to finalize an investigation (which in reality practically does not exist). It is impossible that three weeks pass without restoring my access to the account and funds.An important thing to mention is that I invested over $200000. It is unacceptable and inadmissible to decide to invest over $200000 in a bookmaker having calculations and money management in place depositing with the understanding that you can withdraw at any time if needed and then have your funds blocked for up to six months.
