Never ever use this site. I had a decent sum in my account tll but was unable to withdraw it. I contacted customer service who advised me they raised my concern but I heard nothing back. I sent follow up mails was asked to provide a screenshot of the error when withdrawing which I did but then received zero communication. Absolutely zero feedback as to why I couldnt withdraw my winnings after several back and forth. Eventually I gave up and lost patience and realised I was never getting this money. BEWARE!!I have registered in this casino and claimed the first deposit bonus. Upon proceeding to play the games I was shocked that 99 percent of the games and in all providers were restricted/ locked from bonus wagering. According to their T&Cs the only restricted games on bonus wagering are table games and all games from 3 Oaks provider. This casino does not follow their bonus T&Cs advertising falsely and delivering incomplete product. Their chat support gave me a long run around trying to blame it on VPN issues ( which they asked me to use to solve the issue)and games not available in my country which is a lie. Country restriction pop up is different than pop up saying game blocked due to active bonus - they think I am stupid...And I never had such problem anywhere else! Despite them saying they will escalate it further including a refund if not corrected nobody ever got back to me.
