8-day withdrawal delay and terrible support – avoid

I had an unacceptable experience with Cazimbo. My withdrawal was delayed for 8 days without any clear explanation which is a breach of their own terms.When I reached out to resolve the issue and asked for a goodwill gesture due to the delay the live chat agent (Aery) was dismissive and closed the session while I was still talking. I sent a formal complaint giving them a final chance to respond but they ignored it completely.They are quick to take your deposits but very slow to pay out and even slower to provide professional support. I do not recommend this casino to anyone who values their time and fair treatment.Update: The casino tried to resolve this by offering a deposit bonus with x40 wagering requirements instead of addressing the 8-day delay. Absolute joke of a customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Be cautious as nothing true is on the company except only depositing. The support are bots and chatgpts that are programmed to cool you down. I deposited 30 euros and was supposed to receive a 30-euro bonus. This did not happen so I contacted Support. The support agent Brandon resolved the issue quickly and without any problems. I am very satisfied.

Bonus money disappeared?

So I deposited 400NOK with a 250% deposit bonus as my first deposit on the website. So in total I started with 400NOK real balance and 1000NOK bonus balance. When I had lost my real balance and was on my bonus balance I had done about 20% of the wager requirement and had 4600NOK in the balance when suddenly all my balance was gone.When I opened the live chat the guy I was talking to couldn’t find this problem and it took about 10-15 minutes until I suddenly got back 1000NOK in bonus balance and I had lost my wagering process.Also I might add this was one of the laggiest casinos I have ever played at. Would recommend staying away.

Way better than i thought....

I cant comprehend those few negative Comments to be honest. I made €75000 Deposits in Total an won €200000 yesterday. I paid with Skrill and got my first €50000 today (after 24 Hours). I needed no Verification and the Support is friendly and fast as well. The Limit is ok and they are way more competent compared to a Lot of other Casinos.
