My first withdrawal went through super easy and paid in my account the following the day. My second withdrawal has been a complicated process it is a larger amount. Frustrating & Disappointing!!

It was a good site to begin with fast withdraws and very easy. But as soon as I won something big. There was delay after delay same thing over again. I then got told to cancel my withdraw as the amount was too big and was only allowed to withdraw a certain amount this month. However the withdraw amount is still pending and I’ve been following up getting the same answers (that they will make it a priority and take it up with managment) but I’m still waiting. I’m having to follow up 3/4 times a day. Very disappointing. This site is happy to take your money then as soon as you win something huge it becomes a mission to withdraw.
