Very good service
Very good service dealing with rejected bets complaint on roulette. Hopefully the casino pays up for their mistake.I expected to be faced with a lot of challenges given the complexity of the complaint but I didnt at all.

Unfortunately my complaint was not upheld at casinoquest but they tried to resolve the issue by calling me up on the mobile a couple of times and listening to my side of the story. Im still confused why when I was betting 2 quid on a game and my winnings were confiscated when the rules stated max bet was a fiver under bonus funds.

Casumo nightmare
I had a long running dispute with Casumo after they asked for extensive financial information relating to a recent large withdrawal on my account.Going round and round in circles for nearly a month I contacted casinoquest who advised me to get a letter from my accountant confirming my financial situation. Casumo accepted this within 24 hours and my withdrawal paid.Without the help of casinoquest Im sure this matter would still be ongoing so eternally grateful for the assistance.
