If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been trying to close my account since May its never been closed. Now their email addresses arent working. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS CASINO! COMPLETE SCAM!

Bunch of criminals. They happily take your deposits then cut all communications when it comes to a withdrawal. Following up with ‘regulator’ but I know all is lost. I urge all readers of this review to lobby the UK gambling commission taking a bigger part in acting on these criminals as they are preying on the most vulnerable.

Dont go near this casino. I requested a self exclusion 3 times and they just ignore the requests. Any casino that doesnt close youre account when you ask is a scam casino. The fact they wont close the account is a sure give away that they also wont pay if you win.

This is a complete scam fraudulent casino. Deposited £100 won nearly £3000. First they told me you could only win 10 x your deposits and then just refused to pay out. Kept emailing/messaging no reply. 12 weeks later still no money. TOTAL FRAUD

I won 800.00 euros 2 weeks ago and its still on hold. Every day I email finance who dont bother responding and chat just say I will leave a message. Then they say you must wait its excuses every day. I am not holding out any hope in getting my winnings but I will be reporting them to the gaming ombudsman if I dont get a response tomorrow. In the t&c it states withdrawals processed within 3-4 days and hits your bank account in 5-7 days.

Not closing account causes major concerns.

Platform plays well multiple depoists over a 2 week period not a single winning visit. As a result I asked them to close the account. The account is still active 48hrs later. Live chat only accessible from 6am to 10pm though there was a nice playable bonus to my account. Major concerns when it takes forever to close your account nowhere near as good as PH casino. My advice avoid at all costs.
