I have been a loyal paying player here at Casino Extreme roughly since 2015. I have never ever faced any issues with this casino up until recently its Pathetic. Every week the casino automatically puts 100 free spins into players accounts. Which I had no issues with playing them up until the second week of August. The spins are on Wild Hog Luau and I havent been able to play them since. I brought it to the casinos attention several times and provided multiple screenshots etc of the issue that Im facing. This is a scam 100%. They tell you can withdraw after a 50 deposit. But conveniently the only way to deposit is bitcoin. The credit card shows error. Once you do bitcoin there is no way to get your money back at that point Then this site tells you to deposit another $150 and you can get your withdrawal. The whole time they are saying they are 100% legit. They say they are American site for casinoextreme.eu They will not send you your money back and you cant even stop a withdrawal. I tried even retrieving it by doing a withdrawal of $100. Of course no responses to it. I have photos of the full chat. Telling me I could get the withdrawal. And then telling me to deposit more after I did.

I originally had a new user deposit bonus but lost it all before completing the playthrough. Thats a risk right and was acceptable. Then I had another deposit bonus which gave a 501% bonus with a max bonus of $2000 a 3x playthrough requirement and a max payout of 5x the deposit. I deposited about $400 so had a balance of about $2400. After the playthrough I had about $2050 left. the extra $50 was immediately taken from me which I expected because of the max 5x deposit amount. However I didnt realize that I couldnt withdraw the remaining $2000. I could only withdraw any winnings about the $2000. I played some slots and blackjack and got up another $50.13 I decided to cash that out at least before I got back below $2000 and lost my chance. I was able to cash out $50 successfully. They immediately erased my remaining balance of $2000 including the 13 cents I had won after completing the bonus.
