Ok this Casino is SCAM
Ok this Casino is SCAM ! I won on their No Deposit Bonus. And usually if your not qualify you cant get that no deposit if you already used it. So I got mine and played it. I won and talked to a customer service how to withraw. And he said I need to Verify my Identity and I have to make a $25 deposit before I can withraw. OK so I send My documents foe verification and I got an email saying I pass my verification. great! So all I need is to put a deposit of $25. OK so i log in to deposit but I cant find the withrawal section so I went to support to ask how to withraw because I m ready to deposit the $25 so I can get my winnings. He said wait then when he came back he said unfortunately Im not eligible to withraw because I havent deposit yet and I cant claim my bonus winnings without making a deposit . Whats up with that? If Im not eligible for a bonus then why I was able to play it. Usually if you claim a bonus and youre not eligible it will tell you and you cant play it. I knew their gonna get some excuse not to pay me. Good thing I ask first before I deposit because Im sure once I deposit thats what they will tell me I cant witthraw because i havent deposit before I played the bonus. And then my $25 will be stucked there and I wont have a choice bit to play it. Chances of losing my $25 and end up losing instead of withdrawing my $100 + my $25 deposit they Said I will get after making the deposit. Their SCAM WASTE MY TIME. SO BEWARE PUTTING MONEY ON THIS CASINO. CAUSE THEY WILL GIVE YOU A RUN AROUND AND EXCUSE FOR YOU NOT TO GET YOUR WINNINGS. I WILL RECONSIDER CHANGING THIS REVIEW IF THEY WILL CORRECT AND BE FAIR ON THIS ISSUE. Update:Oh I just went back and logged in .. I checked all my history .. it was all gone.. no history.. so why delete my history if Im not really eligible why delete my bonus play and my game history ? Ok. Oh and yea... even my balance is gone.. I had $131.00 now its $0. And after all this whats funny is I just got an email from them with a NO BONUS FREE SPIN PROMOTION.. REALLY?
