I put in £100 on and played at 50p spins and lost it all. I did get a couple of bonuses but nothing that makes back 1th of a fraction of what I put in.. I got 50 free spins when I joined that is bonus only money and it was only £3 winnings lost that as well 😆. Every 200 spins you get a bonus on average.. as of last year they made 5.16 billion.... I think that might give you an insite to how much money they have taken from people.... I wish I read up on this company before i put money in.

Well my fault i didnt read about this site before i started playing.. lost money.. and all bonuses was max 20£.. dont use this site.. its just bad casino.. you money will drain quicker than you think.. thanks god i recoded all sessions. I will send you link. So you can see how this site is not scam 🤣🤣🤣 my 800k subscribes will love it.. People stay away and take action.. they have more than one company.. best part is bot that answers your review.. also most of 5 Star reviews are not for site but for customer service 🤣🤣🤣🤣 meaning that site is scam but has decent people in customer service 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

DO NOT USE THIS SITE.after playing a few days and getting many min payout on bonuses from games i have just had account closed with no warning and they owe me my 5% paybacks from past day. they are aware i was playing in uk as it accepts uk sterling. all the games flicker slow screen spins avoiding the game hitting a high payout(approx 8 pound on big spin bonuses never get jackpot spins on game shows pots full yet never triggers it) i would urge people never use this site

Absolute scammers. Refused to payout my winnings and told me my proof of address from both Virgin and BT was bbnot acceptable as they could not confirm if it was for a mobile or landline (irrelevant)

The following review is copied from my review of lucky247. The two casinos are members of the same group of casinos and i was playing and depositing at both casinos at the same time with equal deposit amounts. Therefore i feel like i should rate both casinos in the same way with the same words. I received the the same treatment from both casinos without notification nor explanation from both of them.I have been playing at this casino for several months. For some context the vast majority of my play has been with cash only. over the last few months i have deposited several hundreds of pounds weekly. I rarely used a deposit bonus and every single day i declined the offer of free spins upon logging into the casino. As well as that on the days that i was given cash back from my previous days losses i never instantly withdrew the cash and always redeposited and continued to play. So you can see why it came as a shock to me to find out that i had been completely removed from promotions and the casinos loyalty programme when i logged in one day. I can only assume this is because all of my cash wagering had gotten me to the cusp of being at their highest rewards tier and they decided to cut me off before i reached it. No doubt the casino will quote something vague about it being a business decision and it being within the terms and conditions blah blah blah. Bottom line is that this is an appalling way to treat loyal customers. Based on my personal experience of playing at this casino it is impossible for me to recommend people play here. Find somewhere else that treats customers better.

Poor casino site. Most people probably wouldn’t ever think to check the RTP percentages on the games they play on casino sites. I do and have found this casinos RTP % to be one of the lowest I’ve ever seen. They basically keep a higher percentage of all money deposited by all players and keep for themselves as opposed to paying out to players compared to others gaming sites. The only way to achieve that is by paying out smaller prizes you may get lucky on the odd occasion and get a big win but not as often as you would elsewhere due to them keeping a larger % of all deposits! Also the payment times on this site are terrible when you’ve got other sites paying out within a few hours you’d think they would be competing with them but they’re not. Finally the games catalogue is awful!
