Ive received an email information about a completed withdrawl last Wednesday however the money never reached my account. Ive contacted support several times via email but they dont even answer me. The question is if they say the withdrawl is complete where is my money. They just dont answer players i even contacted my VIP manager but shes also not anwsering. Usually when we receive their email saying withdrawl complete the money is already in your account but this time the money just did not reach my account and they dont provide any reason for that or even answer my emails.
