There is cheating happening. 2 ways. The handful of employees participating and the people who have learned how to alter cards. You can tell people who alter cards because they take a long time initially in the first hand when its their turn. They are looking at all of the cards including yours and including The coding needed to alter the cards to their favor You will find that they often will take the cards that you throw out. Sometimes they make a mistake and you will find that you have more cars than you were supposed to or you end up with less cards than you were supposed to. I play Gin only. Certain users are clearly cheating. They change their names so people will still try to play them. One user always says prepare to lose or boom or oh know That user is cheating. He knows whats in your hand and is altering cards.

Too many ads highjacking play.

Disappointing Games. I’ve played several dozen hours on each…

I’ve played several dozen hours on each of Hearts Spades Gin Rummy Whist & Rummy. I’m an above average player & find it almost impossible to win. The AI competitors always seem to hold the winning card in multiple rounds against all probability. I can only conclude that the computer is NOT dealing cards to other players but is holding them in a pool to gazump you whenever possible.

Games where you control your cards and your moves but where their computer is in complete control the game is rigged for the system/computer to win. Example the most basic of card games ( I play with my grandkids) is war. When played with a regular shuffled deck the odds have always been and will always be close to even. Not with Cardgames io. The kids opted out since the computer won 68% of the time not including crashed games due to advertising glitches which would add another 10-15% favoring the computer to the kids 8% wins. Come on people rewrite your programs.

Pathetic site

Absolutely terrible site. In every game from card games to dice game the cards or dice are loaded in favour of the computer. In Backgammon the computer makes doubles up on a point 90% of the time. It gets the first roll almost every time. The programmers dont seem to realise that this would not happen in real life play where the dice roll is random.Whist: Nearly every hand the computer pairing has at least 3 of the 4 aces and 3 of the 4 kings. I fail to see what they are getting out of rigging the game. It isnt as though the programmers are playing the games themselves.

in Gin rummy they clearly use BOTS posing as multi playersthey wont let you sit alone if no one is joining... SOMEONE will arrive and it will be a blond male. BARRY is one such. I can actusally PREDICT when that person is going to take what I through out. it will Just so HAPPEN to be what he needs. One time I took the blond player bot to the end with only a single 3 card as deadwood. GUESS WHAT HE HAD? a single card. a 3 card. a tie and he wins. they also respond way too fast. they have learned to have a bit of a delay. it delays if you move your cursor over certain cards or move cards around... then anticipates you playing that card and responds in kind.

joe always wins

joe always wins. Supposedly a real player. When playing joe I NEVER. And I mean NEVER get a hand with any runs. AND joe seems to have ultra low cards and despite me having NO runs when I pull from the deck every and I mean EVERY card is one that is a king or queen.. a high card. And some magical way joe ends up with low low cards gin and everything else. Is there ANY rummy game online that ISNT gambling So as to lean towards the house or a game that has no gambling or purchase point such as this one that isnt still trying to lean towards the house! Its crazy ..just crazy .. why lean towards the house? there is no gambling involved

The AI powering this platform is TERRIBLE!!!

The people programming it AI powering this platform are TERRIBLE!!!! They clearly have NO knowledge of the strategy of the games they are programming!!! The euchre game for instance is LESS then beginner as far as skill and further the AI doesn’t learn from its mistakes!!! It is difficult playing games on this platform. In fact it is annoying anything but relaxing or entertaining. More frustrating is what it is!!!!

I play cribbage and euchre android vs ios

I play cribbage and euchre. Consider myself an above average player. When I play on my android phone the stats show my win percentage is above average. When I play on my iPad I lose and lose badly. Additionally I can play euchre on my phone and iPad at the same time in the same game so basically I could cheat but the whole experience disgusted me. I wish there was more comms function with other players. I like muting players so I don’t see their stupid Comments. I also make it a habit to favourite players who are good and block players who talk too much or are hopeless of which there are many in euchre.I’m here because of the android vs iOS bias. If you’re using Apple products CardGames.io is not for you.

Spades game sucks

I have played 200+ games of Spades and while the graphics speed and mechanics of the game are great the dealing of cards is totally rigged for the benefit of the opposing computer team. My partner and I seldom receive a spade in our hands from what I have been dealt and seeing what my partner plays and when I receive any at all they are low numbers and maybe 1 or 2 Spades face cards at best (once in every 20+ hands dealt) while I watch the other opponents hands play multiple Spades cards with many face cards every few hands. Something I would expect if I were playing at a masters level which this app doesnt have you are unable to choose a level of play difficulty and are stuck playing against a stacked deck in favor of the opposite team. Looking for another Spades ♠️ app without this problem.

I love the backgammon !

There is definitely something wrong with some of the algorithms used for these games. For example the algorithm used for shuffling cards resulting in the cards not being shuffled enough and being bunched together in somewhat consistent ways which is highly improbable even to happen occasionally if shuffles were properly randomized. Escoba is an example where this happens quite often such that in a 4 player games when 3 cards per person are dealt far too often all 4 players will have the same card numbers.Also I believe there is an issue with the seed used for generating the randomizer. This is because Ive noticed certain games get harder and harder to win in fact becoming nearly impossible to win after winning the majority of games over a period of several hundred games played. On a hunch I cleared the stats for the game just to see what would happen and then it starts behaving normally again. Ive noticed this behavior on multiple games in fact most of the games I play regularly.

However it’s become clear that something is wrong with how some games are functioning—especially Canasta.On multiple occasions the app has prevented me from completing legal plays. Most recently I was about to go out in a Canasta game. I had a complete Ace Canasta and only two cards left: an Ace (which should be allowed to join the existing Canasta) and a Two (which I intended to discard). This is a completely legal and common way to finish a game—but the app blocked me from doing it. The option to melt or finish wasn’t even available despite the fact that all conditions were met.This is not a one-time glitch. It’s the third or fourth time this exact kind of problem has occurred. And unfortunately it makes the game feel rigged or buggy—either way unplayable for someone who knows the rules.It’s frustrating and disappointing to be blocked from finishing games fairly. For this reason I’m deleting the app and switching to a different card game platform. I hope the developers take this seriously and fix the issue because until then I can’t recommend this app.

Its far too easy to shoot the pool. 9 out of 10 times opponent will play a saving card early one that a real-time player would know to keep
