I’m very disappointed with my experience. I received a $10 bonus offer opted in as instructed and placed a qualifying 3-team parlay. After the bet settled the bonus never appeared in my account.When I contacted customer support I was told I did not qualify — despite following the stated requirements. There was no clear explanation of why I supposedly didn’t qualify which feels misleading and frustrating.If you’re going to advertise promotional bonuses they should be honored when customers meet the terms. Transparency and consistency matter. Unfortunately this experience has made me question the reliability of their promotions.

For an offshore sportsbook this is about as good a sportsbook as it gets. Really good game coverage including with some live streaming and no issues with withdrawals although they can be a touch slow at times.
