Slow slow withdrawal process feeling undervalued

Ive withdrawn 3 times from boo casino and each time its gotten longer and longer to wait. I requested my most recent withdrawal 3 days ago and was told to verify my account each time I withdrew which made the process longer and longer . They requested a visa debit card statement which I cannot provide because it is no longer active but did send them a PDF copy of my bank statement the first chat agent I spoke to said that a copy of my bank statement wasnt enough proof even though it showed all the details of my deposit and the card it came from the chat cut off so I reopened a new chat then the next agent told me that my bank statement was approved only minutes later. Ive now been told that Ill have to wait a further 3-5 working days for them to accept my withdrawal request. I expressed my frustration and told them that I need to attend my Nanas funeral and still theres been no progress made in the last 24 hours even though they told me my request was escalated to the relevant department. Dont be fooled by their promotions as the withdrawal process is long and they will leave you feeling undervalued as a customer

Absolute SCAM. Not a chance in hell you will win and on top of it they have all these stipulations regarding wagering any the ability to cash out.
