They paid the first withdrawal but when I tried to withdraw the second time they cancelled the withdrawal and took the money from my account and claimed that I used a VPN which is not true. Dont play here!

First of all I completed the bonus and were withdrawing then they rejected my withdrawal after 3 days and said I have to also wager my deposits I only deposited 80€ and I have wagered a total of 260€ so I have completed the wagering secondly: their terms and conditions do not have a 3x wagering rule on deposits customer service is either really slow or non-existent. I have contacted the MGA and will ask for a refund if my balance is not withdrawn to my bank account.

Any positive reviews here are fake 100%. I received a sports deposit bonus and was able to complete the wagering. I went to withdraw the money and got a notice that it was rejected because i violated the terms. I looked at the terms and for sure didn’t violate any i asked them what term i violated and they wouldn’t tell me and have now closed my account.
