This is a scam platform! The withdrawal from January 7 to today has not been processed! My account is verified by KYC! Now the customer service always says the same thing. Waiting for an audit will notify you! But it hasnt been processed so far and I dont think Ill ever be paid back! Another way to scam my money I still lose money on their platform so everybody be cautious and dont come here to play! Avoid being deceived!My account number: zhao123

Theyre asking for documents I dont physically have. I sent them a bill for the housing and utilities and they didnt like it. They want another one but I dont have it. I sent them everything I have but they are withholding my funds.
