While I wasnt particularly impressed I didnt encounter any issues with the site. Ultimately my lack of enjoyment stemmed from not winning at all! I had better luck at TrustDice and luckyfish and I had a more satisfying experience there.

Very terrible customer service. I contacted them over my blocked account. They requested that I contact them through email and give account details for examination. I reached out to them via email. However no response has been received after three days. Instead of simply bots addressing queries could you kindly send real humans to help consumers handle difficulties like trustdice or stake?

The site has now disappeared. But they stole 1k of my money when they still could. Their games were rigged. When I played here I thought I had bad luck but after playing the same games on TrustDice its clear Bit555 rigged their games somehow to make their players lose more.

If you planing to play and withdraw very small amounts and don’t mind waiting more than 8hrs for your cash out to process and be approved (even for small amounts like $40 I had to wait 8hrs .. if you dont mind that you probably will be ok but if you like to make deposits over $100 and happen to win over 1k good luck tying to withdraw cause over 1k they will come up with ANYTHING to close your account and keep your winnings

The worst site ever. I tried to place sport bets here when one of my bets was not settled I contatced live support was so hard to get response from them I tried few times. After 60 hours still bet was not settled but support answered it is on technical team (not giving me any ticket ID as its not available) and after few times asking how long I have to wait answer was 1 week... Really wait so long for bet to be settled when there is no issue with this match like postponed or canceled. Better not risk your funds and time here.

Awful and scammy at best! They are rude unprofessional and worst of all!…are known for not even paying their players. Support won’t even have a conversation about any issues you encounter either and shockingly rude. They even significantly lowered the % paid for affiliates with out letting anyone know. I know of way too many players’ bad experiences and feel the need to warn as many people as I can.
