I’ve played bingo stars for 1 year. The advertisements they claim our lies completely false. The games are rigged! Out of the one year I played I want a dollar here and there twice I won a good amount of money and their computer glitched and took me from first place where there was a lot of money to zero. This game is a scam and honestly they deserve zero stars. There is no real Customer Service. It’s a line of excuses so they can get more money.

I thought when playing every player has the same Bingo card. They DON’T everyone has a different card. I couldn’t figure out why some players were scoring 25k to 30k points in the same game I was playing. I started reading different posts on the game and found out every player has a different Bingo card. I’ll score 15k or 18k and come in 3rd or even 4th place! I feel the game is rigged in this aspect. I have never scored more than 18k points. So it all depends if you get the card that will allow you to score the 28k or 30k points.

I played a similar game owned by the same company - you can tell by the cheesy mustache and same face - I “won” $1700. But they wouldn’t give it to me unless I gave them my banking information — yeah right! These are total scam companies they just want access to all your personal information and I suggest you’d be very very careful about the information — if any — that you give them! What little information I have been able to gather shows that they are from China. Another red flag.

I won several games and no money was ever deposited. I made several screenshots and contacted customer service by chat and they just ignored me and never got back. It’s a scam and they need to be held accountable. I don’t know who I have to contact to report them but once I find out they will be reported.

I’m extremely disappointed with Bingo Stars. They charged me twice for purchases I did not approve. • Last Tuesday their app had issues processing payments. I tried multiple times through credit card and Apple Pay but none went through in the app and I didn’t receive any credits. However my account still got charged $5 USD once. • After contacting support they said the issue was fixed bit I still did not get my refund. I then tried to purchase something for $5 USD (Dance Raffle) and while the purchase went through I was charged twice for the same transaction.In total I’ve been charged extra without receiving what I paid for and this is unacceptable. Their payment system is unreliable and customers should not have to chase after missing credits or double charges.I hope they fix their payment system and refund players properly but for now I can’t recommend this app.

Just enough to keep people playing ! Numbers are not random If you pay attention… Funny how I see a lot of numbers that are one number off then the one I need. Especially towards the end of game lol ….. Pretty scamming to me.

I won a full house and the game continued to carry on and another player took the prize. Contacted customer service 3 days ago and was told they would respond in 24 hours still no contact. It all feels a bit of a con on this site I’ve never seen that happen before.

What can I say the worst experience I’ve ever had get to £30 odd go to withdraw couldn’t believe it could only withdraw £11 so £19 is the bonuses I had enough so just played it out till lost and now I’m going to close account don’t waste your money SCAMMING all the time

Bingo Stars is a no win situation if you win those winnings are eaten up by bonus money if you attempt to withdraw monies. and why are the challenges automatically aaarded when completedI really don’t think we’re actually competing against real people a lot of the time. I think they are AI generated. Just pay attention you can be high scorer on a game when you check back someone else or at least couple of more people beat you out withers astronomical numbers. Seems fishy where were there when your numbers were shown seems strange when 2 or 3 people just so happen to have numbers 10 to 20 thousand higher than your numbers. SMH 🤦‍♀️

Shocking WIN/Lose ratio.

Just did 200 spins on one game to see what would happen and its shocking the bonuses get worse the higher you get up. Would not recommend this site to my worst enemy let alone a friend. I managed to get on the bonus board twice in all that time and when it did give me like cash streak it didnt have any cash on the round so it didnt count. As I say wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

Sketchy and Misleading

While it’s fun to play they are extremely misleading about “bonus cash.” I have deposited at least $200 and several times I deposited that money using one of their extra cash offers (Example: Deposit “X” amount of dollars and get “Y” amount of extra dollars added to your balance.) Then after you play bingo tournaments (winning some and losing some) and you go to cash out some of what’s left they tell you if you withdraw any money you will lose your so called bonus cash. They also do not tell you how much of the entry fee is your actual deposit and how much is the bonus cash you supposedly received. I have a roughly $140 balance right now but when I go to withdraw it tells me only $63 of that is allowed to be withdrawn which is less than half of my balance. lf I withdraw the $63 I’m at a total loss of about $142 even though it shows my “winnings” as being higher than my deposits. Sketchy as heck. The “bonus” cash makes it look like you have more in your account than you actually do Don’t get caught up in this unless you go in knowing you’re going to get raked over the coals and are ok with losing your money. Or at the very least do NOT use their “extra money” scams.
