I’ve used this site for years and have won on a few occasions. Always paid.However…I won again twice only a very small amount but didn’t get paid.Contacted them promised money was on the way… repeated msgs and no money.They stopped responding.Now site just says ‘closed for maintenance’ permanently.Guess they’ve gone bust but not paid out winnings or bothered to tell anyone which is just terrible.

Won £15 at the beginning of January 2023. Never got my money and no response to my emails. Site now appears to be closed.

Ok before terrible now.

Used to pay out small prizes albeit slowly but I won a big prize in May 2022 got the ‘we will pay you soon’ message then nothing. Repeated attempts to contact them result in bounced emails and social media elicits nothing. They still publish winners every week but I wonder when the last time was that anyone actually received any money off them.Time to give up.

I won $2.96 on August 12 2022.I have contacted them at least 5 times to request a payout.I have received nothing from them as of this writing.This happened twice before and I did receive a payout when I told them I was going to trustpilot.Coincidence?

I give three stars for this site as it is legit. Won 77 cents and it took almost 3 months to be sent through PayPal. Won: Dec 31 Received: March 22 Low Prize Slow Redemption Process

Doesnt pay out

This site used to be good would pay out with in a week but I won in December and havent Been paid tried contacting them over 20 times no reply Im giving up with this site.

Was a member for a few years but…

Was a member for a few years but decided to leave and close my account. There is nowhere on the site you can do this. Used the Contact Us link and requested my account be closed twice in 4 weeks with no reply. I contacted them via Facebook and they still hadnt closed my account after a further 2 weeks. Ended up changing my account details and email to made up ones and lo and behold they message me on Facebook that same day to say theyd closed my account! No idea if they did or not. I did win twice in the early days and payment was made promptly however the lack of being able to close your account is a major issue in my opinion and shouldnt take weeks to get sorted.
