Worst betting platform in the world always having issues login in especially when there is a bet placed

Tennis promotion - not working at all no freebets credited
Betway offers its customers freebets every Monday if you fulfill certain requirements on placing bets on live tennis games. Almost 2 weeks after I have placed bets like those no freebets were credited (they claim it would happen automatically lol). Customer Service cant help you either waiting time for any agent to connect is at least 30 minutes and then after another 30 minutes they claim to escalate this to another team. And they are asking for up to 72 hours of waiting time. This company is marketing itself as the big fish in the betting area and is full of incompetence and malfunctions. What a massive letdown.

Its a gambling site of course games are fixed. Its simply monitoring your play and fixing it accordingly against stats to make them money.
