If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. They have no problem with you depositing thousands at a time by any means you like but the minute you try to withdraw they start there verification process… they send you round the houses and try to bamboozal you. They prey on our addictive nature by stalling withdrawals completely unnecessarily hoping that by buying themself time we will give in and cancel the withdrawal and gamble it. Which of course I did. Absolutely terrible and a scam kept denying my my withdrawals and getting me to re verify multiple times. I turned 5 euros into 350 euros my account was then reset to 100 euros (perfectly normal wagering requirements. I then got that 100 euros to 350 euros. And was reset for a second time. Used to really enjoy this sire but recently I had a win tried to withdraw it and they wouldnt let me because they said I needed to verify a old payment method which I explains no lo her exists because the account was closed.. passed pillar to post but getting no where even asked if they would freeze my account until the withdraw was processed and was told they cant do that.. Won a nice amount last night. Cannot fault the slots. Staff are always helpful and friendly and have helped me lower my deposit limit which was so helpful to myself. Cannot fault the site.
