Yes it is a scam. I purchased a ticket could not login i saw the competition supposed to end in September shows as ongoing they stoped their social media (or were stopped) they were shown in home competitions not anymore. Wasted £11.

Its a scam checkout what i state. I registered and entered your house competition in Borehamwood some months earlier this year January 2021I cant login now to view my account and I cant reset my password on the tab it doesnt work. I wrote to them about the draw in August now September they didnt answer 😑 and their auto replys are failed delivery.Their site doesnt have a licence number nor are there any terms and conditions showing!

This is the the scam. Do not ever buy tickets from betterchance. I went to Borehamwood and found out the house is showing the picture is fake. I have a proof. If anyone wants I can provide the picture and if you google and find No.06 Temsford Avenue Borehamwood WD62NU is showing the real house.Betterchance is pickpocketing innocent people’s money. Do not ever buy tickets from this company and you will waste your money

I think this is the second time this house has been put up for raffle I bought a ticket for the first draw a cash prize was awarded I think. and then the house is back up for an all new raffle. If you had just extended the draw date then fine but to say sorry we didnt sell anywhere near enough tickets give a small cash prize and go again straight away is a a joke. All that will happen is it wont hit the target again ripping people off if you ask me.

I’ve given you 1 star because I can’t give you zero. This was 100% a scam and I’m livid I wasted £11 buying a ticket. The lack of transparency is shocking. What was the purpose of the ‘skill question’? Why was the draw date posted on Instagram but NOTHING was mentioned on the website? Why has there been such a long delay in picking a winner? You said the draw would take place today (6 DAYS after the competition closed!) but you’ve just commented on Instagram that the winner will be announced by the end of the week (again NO info on the website) Where is the information about how many tickets you’ve sold? If you bought a ticket you’ve probably been robbed.
