Poor Response Time and lack of Accountability

I deposited money with BetRivers but then I wished for my deposit to be voided. I reached out to customer support multiple times and even after being told my case would be escalated it has been weeks with no resolution. There’s no clear timeline or accountability and every follow-up feels like I’m being ignored.For a company that handles money this level of support is unacceptable. I expected a prompt refund but instead I’m left frustrated and out of pocket. I wouldn’t recommend relying on BetRivers if you value timely customer service and clear communication.

They use instructional text like PRESS START TO PLAY to bait users into clicking buttons that are actually hidden $2.00 wagers—taking your money before the game even loads.Worse than the predatory software is their blatant disregard for Michigan Law. Under Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.641 they are required to respond to patron disputes within 10 days. I have been ignored for over a month. When they finally did respond they were incredibly dismissive of their own softwares trap design. I have escalated this to the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) and provided screenshots of the deception. Avoid this platform until they start following the law and respect their players.

Zero stars. I have been playing here for years and usually I am just about break even or so. For the last 8 months though I have tried to play the slots with smaller bets almost daily and honestly every game at this place will dead spin 99.9% of the time. Not exactly sure what changed but it is blatantly obvious that they are rigging these slots. Sometimes I would land a bonus and win like a 3x or 5x but that is about it. I highly suggest not playing here completely rigged!

Betrivers is the WORST online betting site!

Betrivers is the WORST customer experience I have ever had with a Casino or any online company of any kind. They insist on changing requirements over and over causing you to have to upload many and many sensitive personal documents including pictures of your debit card(s) with the CVV along with bank statements. I was trying to withdraw $39 and was told I needed to upload a new picture of my drivers license (even though they already have one on file unchanged from 2 years ago) along with a current bank statement (which I provided) and then they still want front and back pics of my credit and debit cards complete with CVVs to store these images. My own bank told me do not do so because those images can be stored anyplace and accessed by anyone. Bottom line if you expect payment from these clowns be willing to upload anything they request! The customer service MANAGER even told me You do what you want we will not close the account and send you the money left in your account ($39) until we receive everything we request and the account will remain open indefinitely but no wagers will be allowed. So effectively they are just going to keep the money! They are the absolute worst people and WORST customer service you will ever deal with should a problem arise and I have been with them for over six years. Never had these problems before. Total crap!
