Avoid! Save yourself the hassle

Slow website crashes when placing bets then places it twice crashes when playing games crashes for no reason other than it is a rubbish website. Recommend using a different betting site as this one offers nothing and is just extremely frustrating to use. They take a percentage of the account top up fee too. Never received my welcome bonus either. AVOID and save yourself the hassle.

Disgraceful company! Stay away

Deposited 100 yesterday with @BetRegalIE. Did a double with my own cash and 100 single with the welcome bonus. Was informed that I couldn’t cash out unless I multipled my free bet winnings by 9 or cancelled the bonus.2/2 I cancelled the bonus and they have taken back the cash money winnings.Disgrace of a company!AVOID!!@BetRegalIE

Poor placed a bet for the champions league final with the promise of receiving a £10 free bet. Was unable to log in as there website kept crashing so my £10 free bet expired. When I finally got through to someone they did not re credit the £10 free bet. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD COMPANY!

Reading reviews on here have made me wary.The site is fine (casino wise) but the sports section is unplayable.Having to pay fee to deposit/withdraw is also poor.I’m awaiting my first withdrawals and already the timescale is very slow compared with others sites.... I have attempted to pre exp their document requests but we will see.... I will update when withdrawals are complete.

On January 22nd of 2022 I was playing a game of Crazy Time. My bet was taken (it was deducted from my balance) the game started freezing and showing the loading symbol. The wheel lands on the Crazy Time bonus.Im unable to choose one of the 3 colours and thats when I notice there are no betting chips placed on the board. Im of course shocked and mortified at what I thought was a horrible mistake Ive made. I thought I made the mistake of not repeating my previous bet as I had been playing for several spins.I check my bet history and it doesnt show that I placed my bet. Its not until the bonus is over that I realise I DID place the bet as my stake is returned to me but sure enough the bet history still doesnt show the bet.I contact customer support about the matter and they initially didnt believe me. Why would they? Its not showing in the bet history. Well jokes on them because I was video recording at the time of gameplay. After a lengthy back and forth and countless responses of the investigation is still ongoing they came to the conclusion that what caused the technical error was a connection issue on my end.I have never had this happen and if you see my profile of the reviews Ive left I am not shy when it comes to gambling.There is no mention of any monetary compensation or anything like that. Seems legit

Seems legit theres a 2.5% charge on all deposits and a fee for withdrawals. I made a cash out request yesterday but as yet am still waiting for confirmation as its still pending reports suggest a 6 day wait for withdrawals made with a Debit Card. Not a great business model but not the worst site either.

Awful betting experience

Awful betting experience. Site constantly crashes on iPhone/iPad. I withdrew my £10 deposit when I realised the site was crashing and they now want me to send my id to complete the withdrawal. I’m not sending these clowns any of my documents. Would rather let them keep my £10. Be warned

Avoid at all costs there not worth 1 star. I decided to close my account and Self Exclude I have £358 in my account which they refuse to pay me without bank verification documents. On there site it states when a player decides to Self Exclude any winning bets will be settled and returned back to the player . Also they dont reply to any emails. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THESE SCUMBAGS..!!!!

Bad website limits you slow withdrawals if you even get them. Makes you spread your bets out over like four selections if anything over 100$.. made a prop bet nfl and guy gets hurts first quarter and no money back most sites have a he must play half the game rule. Site crashes and logs you out every time you try to place a bet. They gave me a bonus I did not want and the x-wager is stupidly high. Extremely sad the Canadian League has partnered with this site. Especially with the reviews. If you haven’t been paid tell the CFL to pay you out!

I would advise people to avoid this site.They are scammers.They sent me an email offering £1 per England corner if I bet £10+ on the euros.I did this.England had 6 corners.Alas no free bet watsoever.Emailed them and totally ignored.I did win the bet.Withdrew £15 and they paid me £14 so stole another pound.Very nice!!!!!

Worst site ever
